About: PEHEL is working to promote the welfare, health & educational services in the Bahawalpur area. It has selected to work in those fields where other NGOs hesitate to work. Therefore, PEHEL is trying to organize cultural festivals to introduce and preserve the healthy and colourful culture of Cholistan. Further, Live Stock Development and Wild Life Protection are the other major fields of PEHEL.
